Features of the LLC Sponsorship plan

Have you always wanted to have your own Real Estate Brokerage, and don't have time to take the test? TREC allows for a person with or without a license to have their own brokerage. You must be sponsored by a licensed broker. We will sponsor your company. You can use your own company name, your own signs and hire your own real estate agents to work for your company. Requirements are that you must meet specific guidelines in order to be sponsored, have your own E&O insurance, be incorporated and pay a monthly flat fee of $300 a month for sponsorship. There are no transaction fees or hidden fees.
